Vehicle Details
Well-maintained 2002 Toyota 4Runner SR5 2x4. Has 260,000 miles. Everything works on it and I don't anticipate anything needing replaced anytime soon. I put the new tires and fixed the ABS, along with all the other upgrades and repairs to gift it to a friend. Changed my mind so now I'm selling. The only downside to this is it's two wheel drive. Windshield has small, but terminated crack in passenger side by dash. The stripe underneath the windows along both sides is kind of fading. The hood could use some clear coat. I know there has to be some other minor things needed after 25 years but I'm not mechanically enlightened enough to recognize them. I have a solid rating on here and I intend to keep it. I will give all the details and a totally transparent handoff.
-Clean title in hand with original instruction manual with protective sleeve.
-AC is cold, the heat is hot.
-Rear tailgate window works with brand new regulator and brand new gas springs. That's rare to find on one this old.
-Brand new starter.
-New ABS module installed less than 300 miles ago.
-Brand new door locks, keys, and ignition cylinder. It used to have three separate keys. The locks were so gunked up after 25 years, they wouldn't turn. Now they do and with just one key for all locks.
-New engine air filter.
-New door linkage clips.
-Fresh oil change completed less than 300 miles ago.
-New tires with less than 300 miles.
-Interior LED conversion included to be installed.
-Has luggage rack with waterproof bag(not pictured)
-2 pairs of OEM side running boards(not pictured)
-Primary Body Color: Imperial Jade Mica (6Q7)
-Trim/Cladding Color: Thunder Cloud Metallic (1D2). The paint code for the package with both of those colors is KF9. It's almost like an additional pearlescent or purple tone that looks different under different light. I've never seen another 4Runner or Toyota with the same paint.

However, I have driven it in the snow around Fort Collins multiple times and it did just fine on the old tires. A lot of times it's more of the driver than the vehicle, but in case the future driver sucks, the brand new tires and new ABS will make up the difference. This would make a good base project or a daily driver. Windshield has small, but terminated crack in passenger side by dash. The stripe underneath the windows along both sides is kind of fading.
